− Uso cadeira de rodas e solicitei quarto adaptado. confirmaram por mensagem e por telefone O acesso ao quarto ficava numa rampa muito inclinada dificultando a locomoção O banheiro tinha uma barra fora da área do chuveiro. Tivemos que pedir 2 vezes a cadeira de banho. Estava com assento rachado; um horror. o pé da cama quebrou. Trocaram a cama O colchão mole de baixa qualidade
