Nice but noisy
8.0Nice facility, nice room, good location. HOWEVER, we found the city to be very noisy. Obviously this isn’t the fault of the hotel, but it definitely affected the quality of our experience.

− I smelled a natural gas leak in the hallway and the front desk person dismissed my concern by saying “what do you want me to do about it?“ After returning from dinner, the smell was even worse in the hallway. Apparently the pilot lights had gone out, but the gas was continuing to leak in the kitchen. For breakfast was poor. They hadn’t put out the butter for the toast and I had to ask for it and it came frozen. The room smelled like smoke as though a smoker had been a resident
