10.0Decent budget hotel very close to train station and only a short walking distance from the city centre. The room was spacious and I slept well thanks to it being quiet. The hotel needs refurbishing and the bed made creaking noises whenever I moved and wasn't particularly comfortable. The receptionist Angelique was friendly and helpful, and I was able to store my luggage the following day.

8.0Hotel semplice ma in posizione strategica. Letto king size comodissimo e personale gentile ed efficiente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Television not working
4.0The hotel's location is terrific and everything for the most part was OK except I let the receptionist know that my TV was not working and she did not seem to care. Later she sent someone up to look at it, but he could not fix it. You would think they would move me to another room as soon as this was discovered. That is called "customer service" but in Italy this does not seem to matter.
