8.0The room so clean and we really happy staying there. The bathroom is clean.
− The room is not soundproof. You can hear people walking in the corridor.Need to upgrade toiletries also.
Convenient, simple, affordable.
8.0Location is really nice, the moment you walk out of the hotel, you’re surrounded by Penang signature vibe. The allocated parking area is a plus point too, as parking in Penang can be very tricky. Really helped when we arrived at 3am to have parking near the lobby, to be able to check in easily, took the lift and arrive at our room. Room and bathroom are clean. Enough power point to charge our phones. Iron available just outside.
− The room design is very basic and quite bare. No tv connection. We didn’t really mind as our itinerary was full and only in the room to rest and sleep. But if you’re looking for a holiday hotel experience, this is not it.
