10.0We stayed for a special celebration here at Raddisson. The staff there was very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Special mention to Priyanka, Preeti and Kshitij at Raddisson MiDC mumbai for making us feel special and their great hospitality. The breakfast buffet had great options and it was all in all a great experience. Must recommended if you’re visiting.

10.0Our stay at Radisson Blu Mumbai was truly unforgettable, and what made it even more special was the incredible warmth and hospitality shown not only to us but especially to our baby, Anavya. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for. Travelling with a baby can be challenging, but the staff made everything so much easier with their kindness, patience, and genuine affection towards Anavya. A special thank you to the wonderful restaurant team—Priyanka, Angela, Hannah, Kshitij, Chef Amit, and Chef Shubham. Every meal felt like dining with family. They constantly checked on us, accommodated our needs, and showered Anavya with so much love and attention. Their thoughtful gestures and personal care made us look forward to every breakfast and dinner. A heartfelt mention also goes to Deepika, whose beautiful singing filled the restaurant with such a lovely atmosphere. Beyond her talent, she was incredibly affectionate towards Anavya, always greeting her with a smile and making her feel so special. Her warmth and kindness created memories we'll cherish forever. We are deeply grateful to Manager Jyoti and Renisha, who personally ensured our stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly reflected the exceptional standards of Radisson Blu. A special thank you to Ajay from housekeeping, who was always courteous, professional, and meticulous in his work. He consistently ensured our room was spotless and comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome. As parents, seeing our daughter receive so much love from the entire team touched our hearts beyond words. It is rare to come across a hotel where the staff genuinely care for their guests like family, and that is exactly what we experienced here.
