9.0Excellent customer service, great location walking distance to Kanda station with many restaurants around, clean, comfortable double room with spaciousness. This hotel has been my favorite since I stayed the first time, several years ago.
− This time, the air condition was so cold in the room and I needed to get a blanket since I could control the temperature although blanket was warm and comfortable. Wish I could control the temperature.

− La climatisation ne marche pas. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre, heureusement qu’on pouvait ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir la chambre.
