Noisy surroundings from the operation of the owner's neighborhood carpentry workshop and neighborh.
6.0sufficient size of the suite and almost new condition
− Apartment No. 1. - The view was mainly of the unfinished building and then sideways two narrow strips of view towards the sea. The noisy carpentry of the owners's family was on site during the day, directly in the adjacent building of the workshop on the ground floor under the balcony of studio No. 1, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Noisy machine from the neighborhood, probably some kind of pump or mixer in operation even at night. The air conditioning was weak for very hot days. Missing net against mosquitoes and other blood-sucking insects. Air conditioning apparently uncleaned filters with musty stinky. Cigarette butts were all over the sidewalk in front of the building entrance for days. Garbage around the bins and in the parking lot under the trees. Missing dish towels, clothes pegs, A sofa bed instead of a normal bed. Water leaking from the shower on the floor.
Very good apartment for this price. Spacious, near the beach.
9.0A lot of space for 5 people. Very nice terrace. Host was very helpful and responded fast to our messages.
