− The water pressure was bad, had to refill the toilet paper and tissue paper. The gym equipment was dusty and looked like rust in the gears.

10.0The Duncanville property is awesome! As you walk through the door you can see and smell the cleanliness of the property! I am a germaphobe and this property passed inspection. I was thoroughly impressed with the maintenance of the room and the hotel overall. The staff was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I suggest this hotel for anyone lodging in the Dallas Duncanville area.

10.0Great hotel, nice staff, very clean, and accommodating. It is a great place to stay. The pool is nice, the fitness room is ample, and parking is great.very accessible to the major highways in the area.
