5.0La ubicacion.
− El cuarto era tenebroso y era imposible dormir escuchando el ruido de otras habitaciones, andaban y parecia que el techo se te venia encima.
Worst stay ever
1.0We liked the location as it was very central and in a quiet area
− The place was way more run-down than what the pictures show. We had the room with the view of the canal, but we couldn't enjoy it as the double windows were better off closed. The smell was horrible. Like gutters. On top of this, the A/C wasn't working properly. It was freezing cold inside the property (2°c). A sign on the boiler cupboard indicated that any attempt to change the temperature will result in a 500€ fine! We contacted the property manager but they didn't fix it. I had to contact BOOKING on the 2nd day as we were getting sick. Especially my children. Outside was 30°/34°c on most days and we didn't plan to bring jumpers!!! At the end of the 2nd day, they finally replied to our messages pretending that the A/C was fixed. It was actually turning off for 30 min, then back to freezing again. My children and my sister got bitten by bedbugs and the house was always full of hundreds of small flies getting in your food and drinks even if you try your best to cover or wrap your food. Eating there was a nightmare. Horrible experience especially when we paid so much to have a nice accommodation!

8.0Estava molt ben situat perquè a 5 minuts hi havia la parada de San Silvestro i Rialto. Molt gran. Aire condicionat molt bé. Els llits còmodes i amb les eines adients per cuinar.
− Com que era planta baixa i quedava enmig dels edificis no hi entra gaire la llum. Els veïns de dalt se sentien molt al caminar.

− Appartement dans son jus. Tuyau de douche qui fuit, chasse d'eau qui fuit. Climatisation nécessitant de garder la fenêtre ouverte pour le tuyau d'évacuation. Vaisselle pour le moins sommaire. Et autres réjouissances de ce genre
