5.0The property is nice.
− The terrace and the furniture is outdated and in bad shape. The table is very uneven. The pool is dirty and they don’t clean it. Everyday there were dead frogs in it and we had to take them out by ourselves. Also there was a lot of leaves in the pool. Tha apartment as nearly as brighz as in the photos. The closets smelled bad. There is no AC in the appartment and they could at least open the windows before our arrival, because it was very hot when we arrived. The beds around the pool are damaged. The fridge is very small and the ice compartment is not working well. There could be nets on the windows as there are many many bugs, flies, mosquitoes. Overall, very very overpriced. We stayed in incomerable better appartments for less money in better locations in Tuscany, so this one was a great disappointment. Out mistake was that we didn’t see that there is no AC whrn we booked, but for such money, we obviously didn’t expect that is possible.

2.0− It was dirty. Very dirty. And no attention to detail. And the other guests were VERY noisy. They partied until 2 am, keeping our small children awake. And despite having paid for 4 , there was the sofa bed not even made up. So actually, the place was ready for 2 guests.

7.0Great location close to many nice towns and villages. Beds were comfy. Internet OK. Friendly staff.
− Air in our bottom apartment was very stale and it was not possible to ventilate it. When we opened drawers in the kitchen the smell was horrible (something between pecorino cheese and vomit). I understand it is an old house with moist walls so it is hard to manage fresh air. But I believe it could be managed better by proper cleaning and regular ventilation. Btw. bathroom did not have any window or ventilator. If there are any neighbors in the apartment above then expect to hear every step.
