− La properté laissait à désirer (vaisselles sales, couteaux sur le balcon etc). L'appartement est vetuste avec de la moquette au sol

4.0Sincerament no hi ha res que m'hagia agradat especialment. Per dir una cosa positiva ,el llit era còmode i la roba de llit estava bé.
− L'exterior es absolutnet decebedor :la façana necessita manteniment urgent,així com l'escala d'acces ,i el jardí que esta completament abandonat. De l'interior del nostre apartament vull destacar que el mantenimwnt es regular ,butaques tacades, i bany que necessita reforma.
