− 大浴場の脱衣所や浴室が、湖岸の人やヘリコプターからかなり見えてしまうところがよくなかった。利用した日は鳥人間コンテストの日で、ヘリコプターがちょうど浴室内が見れるところにずっと停滞していて気持ち悪かった。キラッとカメラの光がしばらく見れたりました。もう少し湖岸から観れないようにもう少しきちんと配慮が必要！琵琶湖が見えるのを強みにしているのであれば、窓や網戸をきれいにしてほしい。食器がチープ。

7.0こじんまりした規模が快適だった。部屋の窓からのロケーションも良かった。
− 夕食の近江牛のすき焼きは美味しかったが、朝食を含め、他の料理はまぁまぁ。 歯ブラシが固すぎて使いづらい。 スタッフの対応はとてもいい感じだったが、ホテルが案内を担っている観光船の出発時刻が違っていて、予定を変更しなければならなかったのは残念だった。

8.0Nice location, clean rooms, and a nice onsen. We wanted a more traditional Japanese hotel experience and that’s what this is. Excellent staff and delicious traditional breakfast.
