Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit starkem Renovierungsbedarf
2.0Die Lage des Resorts ist grundsätzlich gut, allerdings nicht direkt am Strand gelegen, sondern etwas entfernt. Die Umgebung war unter der Woche eher ruhig, am Wochenende jedoch deutlich belebter. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers war ganz ok, die Betten waren in Ordnung und bequem. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Anlage jedoch sehr einfach und stark in die Jahre gekommen. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Außenbereiche machen einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Der Pool war sauber, aber auch hier besteht deutlich Modernisierungsbedarf im gesamten Außenbereich. Es gibt keine besonderen Highlights oder hervorzuhebende Extras. Der Service war leider sehr durchwachsen. Das männliche Personal war freundlich und bemüht, während das weibliche Personal an der Rezeption als sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert wahrgenommen wurde. Man hatte teilweise das Gefühl, zu stören. Das wirkte wenig einladend. Ein Restaurant bzw. Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten gab es während unseres Aufenthalts nicht. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen zwar problemlos, konnten den Gesamteindruck jedoch nicht verbessern. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht und würden das Resort nicht erneut buchen. Der größte Pluspunkt ist die Lage, der größte Minuspunkt ist jedoch der insgesamt stark veraltete Zustand sowie der schlechte Service. Für uns leider nur 2 von 10 Punkten.
− Der gesamte Zustand der Anlage war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht in keinster weise dem heutigen Standard. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Außenbereiche sind stark renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders enttäuschend war der weibliche Service an der Rezeption, da das Personal teilweise unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit wirkte. Sie waren leider sehr unaufmerksam, da sie die meiste Zeit mit dem Handy beschäftigt waren und kaum Blickkontakt oder ein Lächeln gezeigt haben. Dadurch fühlte man sich nicht wirklich willkommen oder gut betreut.
