Überbuchung, kein Zimmer… einfach schrecklich
2.0Nichts, einfach gar nichts!
− Eine Nacht über Booking.com gebucht und Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Im Hotel angekommen hat ein sehr unverständlich sprechender Mann erklärt, dass es eine Überbuchung gäbe und wir bei ihm kein Zimmer bekommen. Ersatzzimmer dann im zweiten Hotel im Ort, leider mit schlechtem Standard, leicht abgewohnt dafür ohne den Seeblick, den wir eigentlich wollten… alles in allem sehr enttäuschend, wir kommen sicher nicht wieder…

8.0Location, view over the lake from the room (room 24). Newly renovated room, small fridge in the room. Breakfast. Directly located on the lakeside with private bridge into the lake. Swimming in the lake. Walking and cycling routes just outside the Hotel.
− Small details like: Unmanned reception. The smell of food in the whole hallway and staircase.
