10.0Meraviglioso! Il personale è di una gentilezza ineguagliabile, ci hanno aiutato a risolvere tanti problemi e di questo non finiremo mai di ringraziarli. La camera è moderna e bellissima, piena di comfort. Come segno di amicizia ci hanno messo la bandiera italiana accanto a quella cinese in stanza, appena arrivi ti fanno scegliere ciò che vuoi su una lista di cibi come benvenuto. La colazione è di altissima qualità con pesce, frutti esotici, succhi freschi, salati, dolci, una delle migliori mai assaggiate. Se ordinate in stanza, arriva il robot a portarlo. Lo consiglio a tutti

10.0We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world). Luoyang Christian’s Hotel should really be congratulated on their incredible efforts to make us comfortable and look after our every need -going well beyond what might be expected for a leading hotel. Well done Christian’s Hotel - you have set a very high standard of service. Keep it up!
