10.0Wonderful stay on Lewis. Clean and comfortable. Woke up to the sound of sheep baaaaaing outside. Enjoyed seeing the sights on Lewis and Harris. Nice breakfast, which is included. They serve a dinner too, which was delicious. However we didn’t find out until checkout that there was an extra £30 per plate fee! We should have asked first!

4.0This property was in a beautiful location and has the potential to be a really great place. Unfortunately our room/apartment had a really strong mouldy/musty smell which was very prominent as soon as opening the door. We only had one night here and a very short stop otherwise we would have asked to be moved because I didn’t feel like being around that smell was healthy. My travel mates slept in the double room and they found that when they pulled the sheets back there was sand/dirt and bodily hairs that had not been cleaned on the bed sheets which is really not good enough. Other than this the place was neat, tidy and clean but the smell and the fact that the double bed sheets appeared to have not been cleaned would stop us from recommending the property.
