10.0La ubicación y por es muy cerca del centro de Valdivia puedes hacerlo todo a pie supermercado al frente la seguridad excelente la dueña muy simpática muy amable ella te da datos turísticos
Seguro y cercano al centro.
10.0Que esta ubicado muy cerca del centro y del Mercado Fluvial, además que Arlenne fue muy amable y nos explicó todos los panoramas turísticos que podríamos hacer, en general fue una buena experiencia.
− Que no contara con estacionamiento en el mismo lugar, si bien es cierto existe un lugar seguro para guardar el auto pero no es tan cercano, mas cuando se anda con persona de la tercera edad y una bebé.

− Solo decir que se oye mucho los ruidos de la cabaña del lado y la gente no respetó lo de los horarios, lo cual dificultó el descanso
