2.0My review is not for Paris Tower Hotel but for Hotels.com, I got confirmation mail from hotels..com after booking only to get to Paris Tower Hotel and they didn't find records of your bookings. I had to use my money to lodge for the 2 nights and I have been trying to reach out to hotels.com but no mail and your virtual agent could not connect me to any agent. Please I need refund. Thanks
