4.0Old hotel. Not in a good way. Smelled like mothballs. Lack of elevators meant lugging suitcases up and down stairs. Staff was nice enough.

8.0Room was spaceous, bathroom clean. When we asked for more teas, milks etc for bedroom we got it. It was located close to our purpose for staying there, hospital appointment stay over. Central to other amenities for places to eat out and places to visit, such as V&A museum.

8.0Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier calme et vite accessible en transports en communs (5 minutes de la station South Kensington - 10 min de métro pour le centre). Chambre propre avec serviettes remplacées tous les jours. Chambre 4 personnes avec frigo et salle de bain. Lit double dur mais lits simples confortables. Notre chambre était en sous-sol dans un espace séparé des autres (odeur de gaz au sous sol mais pas dans la chambre). Nous avions demandé une chambre à l’étage. Petit déjeuner standard avec ce qu’il faut mais quelques spécialités auraient été sympathiques (petit déjeuner anglais). Il est spécifié dans le descriptif qu’une cuisine partagée est à disposition mais ce n’est pas le cas. Nous avons quand même pu utiliser le micro-ondes. Bonne adresse à conserver.

6.0The room was very hot when we arrived and the sash window wouldn't stay open as it was broken. We had to stuff our towels in the gap for air all night. Staff were friendly, breakfast was nice and entry and exit to the hotel was safe.
