Bacau Bay was worth it. Definitely something worth booking again

− Wifi was pretty bad and had issues on our 4th and 5th day.

10.0BB was the best place we stayed, period. During a three week trip to Japan and The Philippines, Bacau Bay was an absolute highlight. Close enough to Coron to get there in 5 minutes in a tuktuk, but still a quiet refuge outside of town. Staff could not have been better.

7.0Breakfast was good, lots of choices. And they were very attentive to our needs when we needed something extra.

2.0Not much to say it’s off season expensive and needed to close No one bothered with us or the property
− Unclean pool. No buffet breakfast as advised just 4 items to choose of a menu. Cold room service after over an hour wait. Teppenyaki restaurant not at all what you imagine. Limited help with luggage when leaving. Slippery walkways smell of sewerage. Will never stay again
Beautiful location and resort
10.0The pool was great to dip in and relax around on the different sun beds. All the staff were super helpful.. We got food poisoning from a restaurant in town and when we notified the staff they had a in house nurse attend us and make sure we had all the supplied we needed to get better. The food here was yummy. Its about 5mins away from town and only approx 400php per person to catch a tuktuk into town. Would definitely recommend staying here

Good to know
The hotel will charge mandatory gala dinner on December 24 and 31. Rate is PHP 1,250 per adult while kids 6-11 years old will be charged 50%. Payment to be settled at the resort.

Partially & Non Vaccinated (12 years old and above): RT PCR negative test done at the DOH licensed laboratory taken 72 hours prior to boarding/travel, Valid ID, Proof of booking to DOT accredited accommodations establishment.
Children 5-11 years old: If accompanied by fully vaccinated parent/guardian, COVID-19 tests are no longer required; If the accompanying parents or guardians are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated, a negative RT PCR test done by DOH licensed laboratory/RHU is needed, taken 72 hours prior to travel.
