− the breakfast could be rotated more often,every time I come it's always the same.
Loved it would stay there again
8.0House keeping was excellent the young lady Kra -Tae was extremely helpful i needed to use a iron for some of my shirts and she had it at my door within minutes and her friendly smile was infectious , i would come back to my room after a long day out , and it was spotless and the bed made just as you would like it The Staff at the reception where also extremely helpful and could answer most of my questions The security Guard would always greet me with a smile and conversation that would last for a few minutes

10.0The service was amazing. My airline lost my bag and the staff at the desk were extremely helpful in getting it back to me. The buffet breakfast and the rooftop pool were fantastic as well. The staff were also able to accommodate my request for a room on a high floor, which was an added perk. Would stay again! Thank you
Great hotel overall
9.0Really nice hotel overall, had a great stay here. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the view from up there is honestly amazing, one of the best parts of the whole trip. Only issue is it closes at 6pm, which felt a bit early, would've been great to have it open a little later in the evening. Elevators were also pretty slow, we ended up waiting around 5 minutes for them a few times, especially during busier hours, which got a bit annoying after a while. On the plus side, breakfast was really good, lots of variety so there's something for everyone. Overall a solid hotel, just those two small things could be improved. Would still recommend it and would consider staying again.
