6.0no contact with the property at all - no response to emails, the phone number provided by Expedia was wrong. On the Expedia web page, there is information that "Free ferry terminal shuttle" is included. But we were charged for the ferry tickets at the resort reception. On the Expedia web page, there is a correct map and hotel location but on the booking confirmation, the link to hotel map shows another hotel in Malesia on an island with the same name. the food is relay good, the island is beautiful and worth to visit - it is one with the best in the archipelago. The coral reef aroung the island are amazing The staffs at the marina in Jakarta are very helpful and professional
