Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hostel to anyone ; )
10.0I had a pleasant stay at Hostel Musala. The room and common areas were clean and tidy, and everything I needed was available. The location is very convenient, especially for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere was nice.
− The only small downside was that some guests didn't always clean up after using the shared bathroom. Of course, this is not the hostel's fault, but it did affect the overall experience a little.

Старе приміщення, кімнати потребують ремонту. Нас помилково поселили в гірший номер і нам довелось ночувати, виправились
6.0− Ми приїхали вночі, нам дали чітку інструкцію, де взяти ключ, як потрапити всередину і знайти наш номер. Тут питань нема, все супер. Але ми бронювали номер з ванною і балконом. Заходимо, а там немає ні першого ні другого. Номер прокурений, і туалет і душ спільні на поверсі. Я почала дзвонити на рецепцію, ніхто не відповідав. Довелось ночувати в цьому номері і користуватись спільним душем, хоча оплатили ми не це. Також в кімнаті немає стаканів, води, чайника, засобів гігієни, тільки по одному рушнику на кожного. На ранок зі мною звʼязались, перепросили, сказали що стався збій в програмі, надали інший номер, вже з душем і балконом. В якості вибачення приготували сніданок. Жінка на рецепції дуже приємна і видно було що дуже старалась залагодити ситуацію. Новий номер був навіть з видом на море. Але що здивувало — душ без душової кабінки, тобто коли миєшся, вода тече на унітаз, підлогу, речі тощо. І ще дуже старий ліфт, на якому страшно було їздити. Перебування там покращувала жінка на рецепції, дуже привітна, в останній день дозволила залишити багаж і дала ключ від вбиральні.
