− Non lo consiglio assolutamente a nessuno. La mia esperienza è stata terribile. La struttura era sporchissima: camera piena di ragnatele, puzza di pipì ovunque, lenzuola sporche e maleodoranti. Un livello di igiene davvero inaccettabile. Mi ha accolto il proprietario, in condizioni igieniche pessime. In camera non c'erano gli asciugamani e, dopo averli richiesti, è arrivato un ragazzo con le mani sporche che mi ha consegnato due asciugamani macchiati di giallo e pieni di buchi. Sembrava di essere in un film dell'orrore. Il B&B si trova in mezzo alla campagna, completamente isolato. Tra le condizioni della struttura e il luogo, non mi sono sentita minimamente al sicuro e ho deciso di andare via immediatamente. Ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti di Booking per ottenere il rimborso. Prima di lasciare la struttura mi è stata richiesta la ricevuta del pagamento (precedentemente consegnata), ma ho preferito trattenerla. Successivamente, la struttura ha comunicato a Booking che non mi ero presentata e ha perfino richiesto un risarcimento. Per fortuna avevo conservato la ricevuta e l'ho inviata a Booking, dimostrando che ero effettivamente arrivata. Per ottenere il rimborso ho dovuto insistere molto. Prima mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato effettuato in serata, poi che non era possibile procedere per problemi di connessione a Internet. Solo dopo aver detto che, se la situazione non fosse stata risolta immediatamente, avrei chiamato i Carabinieri, il rimborso è stato autorizzato. Sconsiglio categoricamente questa struttura. Sono scappata per la totale mancanza di igiene, per le condizioni della camera e perché non mi sono sentita affatto al sicuro.
