Easy folks to deal with, great value, an close proximity to San Benedetto School, where I spoke.
9.0Proximity to walled city center was fabulous. Matte was an absolute life saver during the rail strike.
− I think there was coffee available in the morning, but not sure - so communication may be a little better.
