1.0The Evening Shade doesn't exist anymore. It apparently was taken during hurricane Helene.
− The fact that we had no where to stay once arriving.

8.0We chose this place based purely on its location and hoped for the best. It didn’t wow us, but it didn’t disappoint. My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”. The notebook they referred to was buried in a basket that I had to dig around and find. The notebook had interesting information in it, like a page instructing us not to turn the a/c below 70° or it would freeze and we’d have no a/c. The dishes in the cabinet and drawer were not clean, guests are to wash, dry, and put dishes away and someone didn’t seem to understand what that means,
