− Check-in was a bit slow but other than that, the hotel was excellent.
We were sad to leave! The staff made us feel welcomed. Our bartenders, Albert and Gilbert were amazing. Our mayordomo- C
10.0The entire place is a village- no need to step outside, unless you want to. It has a private beach with a bar, a coffee shop, theatre, sports bar, several wet bars, a nightclub, a spa, several restaurants- although the buffet is superior, except for the Steakhouse, a piano bar, gym, tennis courts, bowling alley with a bar, ice cream shop, pool parties and more. So much to do every day. The experience is authentic, and yes- I am of Dominican heritage.
− My two room’s air conditioner were not working properly, and my was room humid. The front desk sent a dehumidifier and a maintenance worker, which helped, but my room was not comfortably cool. I asked other patrons about their rooms, and they said it was super cold.

9.0Excelentes atenciones de todo el personal, las piscinas en especial el río, me encantó. Comida riquísima y de calidad. Habitaciones muy cómodos e higiénicas. El hotel es muy bello. A mí y toda la familia lo disfrutamos mucho.
− La neverita de mi habitación no funcionaba. Los espectáculos eran muy buenos el circo y la de americana pero el de república Dominicana no me gustó tanto la parte del folclor específicamente el de los diablos cajuelos. Creo que a casi nadie le gusto porque empezamos a irnos casi todos en esa párate. Hay muchas tradiciones Dominicanas que pueden implementar. También pusieron una parte de África nada que ver con nosotros.
