− Zimmer etwas eng für 2x Koffer, was für Tokio sicherlich aber normal ist. Daher keine Kritik, sondern eher Hinweis für andere Reisende!

8.0離東銀座站不遠，要移到往其他地方或是到羽田成田都很方便。雙床+一張沙發床，房間空間還可以，長條型的房間(所以有些設計問題在下面會說)。冰箱是透明的(但沒有冷凍)，門口有一張snow peak的露營椅可以當穿鞋椅(?)。 飯店外國人很多(日本人反而少)，服務人員英文很能溝通又熱心。我們提早放行李到飯店，因為我和小孩要去血拼，老公晚一點要回飯店check-in工作，又不能提前check-in手續完成，很擔心的跟服務人員說半天，接待的小姐姐說不用擔心她會在，他不在也會交接給同事。然後晚上小孩看電視一直出問題，另一位服務人員也上來認真處理。住了四天，真的很謝謝他們全部人的服務。 2F有自助寄行李的locker、三台洗脫烘洗衣機、微波爐、販賣機，也有暴走旅人需要的大浴場，洗卸保養用品都有，女生有一室內一半戶外浴池(沒甚麼景但有新鮮空氣)，吹風機是Dyson的。男生那邊老公抱怨只有室內池，吹風機也不是Dyson。但是共通特色是洗澡位置和洗臉台數量都不多(女生那邊多一點，男生就三四個)，浴池也不大。
− 房間的設計很待改善。因為是長條形房間，為了最大利用空間，把廁所、洗手台和浴室分別設在同一側的靠牆和靠門處，所以上完廁所要洗手，得穿越一整個房間，到另一側浴室門口洗手XD。然後房間雖然有開冷氣，但房間濕度不低，洗過的衣服如果沒有仔細吸乾水，到隔天早上都不會乾(我蠶絲內衣從來沒有這樣過)。另外門口有空間放露營椅，為什麼不改成一個開放式衣櫃?架個橫槓和木板，課程要掛外套等衣物也方便，如果有洗衣服更可以在那邊晾曬，因為浴室沒有收納式曬衣繩。 房間沒有電話@@，要聯絡服務人員要到電梯口，有電話在牆上。 最後，電視和遙控器反應比較遲鈍，服務人員說是因為電視老舊，他們有跟管理人員說，但是還沒有換。
