6.0It’s a pretty hotel- also old. So the rooms hear noises. There was a 10 year old overnight birthday party right above our heads- we could hear very loud stomping- we went up and told them to stop at 1:00 am. Then again at 4:30 am. There is no one at the front desk to help- and no one had told us who to call if help is needed. We were hosting our son’s baby shower the next day. So just a bummer for sure- we were exhausted from lack of sleep- and they did nothing to compensate us. Our biggest beef is that if there is no one at front desk, and it’s that old and not sound proof- don’t put a 10’year old overnight birthday party above someone else!

10.0The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Wine in the evening in the library was relaxing and afforded time to chat and meet new people while waiting for my daughter to arrive. Walkable dining options, the candy closet, the ice cream fridge and extended breakfast hours (7-11) all created more of a visit feel than a standard stay.

4.0Could use much better sound proofing. Upstairs neighbors were getting busy and left the TV on. None of that should have been audible downstairs. I had to go up at 4 in the morning and knock on their door. No staff present at checkout at 7:30 am. Definitely felt overpriced.
