9.0Posizione in centro storico, stanza di dimensioni generose, con scuri alle finestre che permettono un buio totale. Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentile come pochi. Colazione dolce di qualità ben superiore alla media dei bb. Bagno ampio e comodo.
− Aria condizionata un po' rumorosa, ma comunque in grado di raffreddare l'afa cittadina, per cui non lo considero un punto del tutto negativo.
Posizione ideale ,ottimi servizi e stanza ampia.
9.0Posizione ideale per visitare il centro storico in un palazzetto antico curato e ben gestito. Il proprietario ,Renato , sempre disponibile e gentile è il vero motore della struttura. Ottimo il ristorante collegato.

8.0Renato est très sympathique et énergique. L'hôtel est situé à moins de 15 min de la station de la station Porta Romana et moins de 10 min des attractions principales de la ville. La station Porta Fiorentina est un peu plus loin. Renato gère aussi un restaurant pas très loin, La chimera, qui est très bon, avec des tables dans un cloître (en tout cas l'été), très calme et à des tarifs corrects (mieux que dans le centre historique). L'hôtel était très agréable.
− Si vous pouvez éviter la chambre 1. Ce n'est pas qu'elle soit mauvaise mais c'est la seule qui donne que l'arrière du bâtiment avec très peu de lumière. Il y a un escalier pour accéder à la salle de bain. De ce que j'en ai vu, les autres chambres sont plus agréables.
