− 에어컨이 중앙제어이고, 희망온도가 19도로 고정인 점은 시설 수준에 비해 비합리적. 게다가 냉방이 추우면 난방으로 바꿨다가 다시 바꾸라는 안내는 지속가능성에도 부합하지 않음. 특히 일찍 잠들 경우 냉방, 난방을 바꾸는 게 힘들기 때문에 더욱.
