5.0La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, in pieno centro, e il gestore si è dimostrato disponibile, gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Vista della terrazza sui tetti di Trani
− Gli ambienti risultano poco curati, con una pulizia non adeguata e arredi piuttosto datati. Sarebbe necessario un intervento di rinnovamento e una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione.

− Un po' scomode le scale per salire all'appartamento, con il problema di sera che se non inserisci la chiavetta nell"apposita serratura situata nel vano scale , la luce non si accende.
