5.0− Il posizionamento del condizionatore non permetteva il raffreddamento in modo adeguato alla stanza.

9.0Juste à côté de la tour de Pise, avec une bonne pizzeria dans la rue et une boulangerie juste à côté, c'est très propre et sécurisé. L'arrêt de bus juste à côté vous ramène de l'aéroport jusqu'à la gare et de la gare jusqu'au logement via la ligne 4.
− Une paroi de douche en moins, l'eau tombe par terre et la petite tablette dans la salle de bain n'est plus là, sinon rien à dire, c'est très bien.

6.0La posizione è strepitosa! A due passi da piazza dei miracoli e con facile possibilità di parcheggio. La camera curata e il letto comodo
− Il bagno: alla doccia di quelle messe ad angolo teoricamente con le due porte scorrevoli di chiusura mancava una porta e scendeva pochissima acqua. In più c’erano delle macchiette sullo scaldabagno ( dove si appoggiano le salviette). Mi sarebbe piaciuto poterlo far presente ma non ho avuto modo di incontrare la proprietaria.

8.0Localização excelente. Simpatia da anfitriã, que esperou por nós até tarde depois de um grande atraso no nosso voo. Quarto espaçoso.
− Nada de grave a apontar. Apenas a longa espera até que haja água quente no banho, e o estore da janela avariado, o que fez entrar luz cedo pela manhã.
