A disappointing and unsafe stay on our wedding day, with poor cleanliness, missing basic amenities, and serious security
1.0Nothing was good.
− Extremely disappointing stay, especially considering it was my wedding day. The room was missing basic amenities that any hotel should provide. There were no blankets, towels, shampoo, drinking water, toothpaste, or toothbrushes available. The floor was dirty and covered with sand, making it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. More concerning was the lack of security. The balcony doors could not be locked, leaving us feeling unsafe throughout our stay. For a hotel that advertises comfort and hospitality, these are fundamental issues that should never occur. What should have been a special and memorable day was negatively impacted by the poor condition of the room and the hotel’s lack of preparation. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

− The fact that all facilities were closed, over priced, aggressive costumer service, they missed the cleaning of the room in one night, they charged us for water without informing it’s paid, service was not up to standards.
