Enjoyed our stay as rooms were a fair size and location was great. Next to Don Quijote and cafes and Ginza main street

10.0Great hotel. We were on a premium floor. The room was so nice, lovely view. A great private onsen type bathroom. Generous snacks and drinks in the lobby. .
Pleasant stay. Very convenient for shopping especially the Don Quijote store next door.

8.0We loved the hotel and the location.
− Breakfast was disappointing, and we had to eat in our room. We had expected to eat in a dining room, but we did not. They have a small lobby that can be used for eating, a few people ate in the lobby, but honestly, eating in the lobby is inconvenient. The front desk staff were a bit too cool.
