2.0First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light are so dimmed, washrooms are disgusting and roaches were freely roaming, and stains on the pillowcases. I guess you only get what you paid for, therefore, if you want to book for your family, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE- because that place is suited only for *short time* activities.
