7.0•Buena ubicación, en zona comercial con restaurantes y cerca de la plaza central de Puerto Maldonado. •Aire acondicionado funcional, útil para el clima cálido de la zona.
− •Ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba. •Sin agua caliente, lo que puede resultar incómodo en días o temporadas frías. •Falta de higiene en el desayuno: los azucareros tenían bastantes hormigas, lo que indica poca revisión y limpieza.

− Bueno cuando llegamos no había papel wc, ni jabón, ni el mando de la tv, ...tuvimos que ir en varias ocasiones a recepción, quizá fue simplemente un descuido. Todo lo demás bien: A/A, ventilador, baño correcto, camas ok...
After 6 weeks in the jungle this was a good place to rest and recuperate for a few days.
8.0A good location just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. On the street outside there are a number of restaurants, cafes and small shops also launderettes. Friendly, helpful staff.
− It took me a while to get the hot water to work in the shower. Could have done with a small bath mat for stepping out of the shower. Tiles very slippery for wet feet. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was ok.
