A couple of years ago it was better, since months quality is dropping as usual for the hotels in Surabaya

9.0The space is remarkable for the price, overall staffs were friendly and professional.
− Not much food courts around the area, the amenities were that much to call the room “Executive Room”
Very good hotel but staff lack professionalism
8.0It is an excellent hotel, the room was very nice, and breakfast was nice too. Most probably I will stay there again. But I had a strange and bad experience that showed lack of professionalism of the hotel staff. They did not take my credit card as a guarantee when I checked in, I offered it but they said it was not necessary. Then on the last day they panicked that I will leave without paying my room service (my room was already paid for). So I went to the lobby and paid everything. Still multiple staff came after that and asked me why I have not paid. They did not believe me even after I showed them my receipt. I have never had such an experience anywhere in the world. It was very upsetting and humiliating. They should train their staff better, and better ability for conversing in English will help too.

10.0The room is like an apartment. Has a kitchen, washing machine and very generous with the sixe. Great service & even the assistant manager came to greet me.
