10.0Fantastic location & beautiful apartment. Very well equipped, and some lovely finishing touches which were very welcoming! (hot chocolate with marshmallows & biscuits, complimentary shower gel & body lotions on the bed, toilet rolls folded hotel style! A little packet of sweets on the pillow...). Fans were provided and the apartment was nice and airy with a lovely breeze coming through. The terrace is perfect for sitting out in the evening sun with views of the marina. Great access to bars and restaurants & very helpful hosts! There is no nicer place to be than Plymouth Barbican in the sunshine!
It was clean and comfortable beds. Nice towels.

− Very noisy outside. No tea towels or kitchen roll. Not enough wine glasses for 6 people.

On the whole it was great.
9.0Spacious, clean and with great facilities. Ideal for a base to the Plymouth half marathon.
− We were there for a Saturday night, was quite noisy until about midnight!
