6.0The only good thing was being picked up from the airport. There where no tissues in the bathroom, no reception, no wifi and the double bed was the most uncomfortable and hardest mattress i ever laid in. We were aching for days after. I will never recommend this place to anyone .

10.0Overall experience was very good. Considering political situation and protests in country, this place is very safe. General manager Ms.Asma takes care of all needs, she allowed me to stay for 8 hours after check out time for free, as my flight was delayed. She offered a complementary lunch on last day as a good will gesture. Property supervisor Mr. Osman was very nice and caring and always accompanied me to the shopping mall and other places to ensure safety. He called the taxi at good rates and takes away the worries. I would say it is more of a family oriented guest house where guests are treated like a family. Both of them speak very good English and facilitate the guests. Last but not the least, they do offer free pick and drop from airport even at midnight. Will give 5 stars
