− Il parcheggio costava 10 € al giorno e non era identificabile come tale in quanto era solo il vialetto dell’ingresso della struttura. Sarebbe anche utile specificare che il bagno anche se privato si trova fuori dalla camera. Non è stato molto agevole dover sempre entrare e uscire dalla camera per poter usufruire del bagno.
Bella villa con grande potenziale ma migliorabile
7.0Posizione con vista panoramica, villa complessivamente molto bella e curata, camera spaziosa con balcone e sedie, bagno enorme con 2 lavandino aria condizionata.
− Colazione con buono a un bar lontano da raggiungere a piedi (ritorno sarebbe in salita sotto il sole) per cui ogni volta bisognava prendere l'auto per cercare parcheggio vicino al bar (in zona trafficata; il bar alternativo, chiuso in quei giorni, non era vicino alla villa per cui necessita sempre di auto per evitare il ritorno con salita ripida); solo un rotolo di carta igienica (iniziato) per 2 giorni per 2 persone; locatori spariti sia per messaggi su Booking che fisicamente per poter far presente qualsiasi cosa; bagno privato grande ma separato dalla camera (non menzionato nell' annuncio) per cui bisogna attraversare il pianerottolo e ogni volta usare la chiave lunga (magari sarebbe meglio una tessera magnetica alle porte per fare prima) con disagio di incontrare altri inquilini sul pianerottolo e di andarci di notte (non è la distanza il problema ma il disagio di non averlo en suite); assenza di cestino in camera (per cui bisognava andare in bagno ed è piccolo lì); un saliscendi con telefono doccia non funzionante e l' altro di difficile estrazione; niente stendino (anche piccolo) sul balcone; scale per raggiungere le stanze coi bagagli. In conclusione non è il fatto di pagare tanto o poco per il soggiorno ma di non aver avuto le corrette informazioni in fase di prenotazione così da fare una scelta più consapevole.
