Absolutely wonderful place with lots of charm and warmth. The building itself with its rich history and the very kind, very dedicated staff create a super welcoming atmosphere that felt relaxing and wholesome. The room was very spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really liked the set-up of the little common room where you could make yourself some tea or get water. The bathroom facilities were also vclean and plenty. Each floor has its own set of toilets and a washing area, as well as two set of stairs to go back and fourth between floors. There are four showers in total, all with a little closed of area to dress etc.. In short, while these are shared bathroom facilities they all offer a decent to really good amount of privacy. It just wanted to explain this more for people who are interested in staying at Lamp Iki but are unsure about that point. No need for hesitation or worries! The town / surrounding area is full of charm and there are a few really good restaurants / Izikaya and Cafés. The nature around town is stunning. Being here was one of the top highlights of a month long journey across all of Japan for me. I cannot recommend it enough!

風情のある建物が素敵でした。 スタッフの方も親切で暖かい気持ちになりました。 隣のレストランでの朝食も良かったですが、何より珈琲がとてもとても美味しかったです。

古い建物ですが私にはレトロ感ありで概ね満足でした。どこを見ても綺麗に掃除が行き届いていてステーショナリーにも気配りを感じました。木造ならではの清々しい朝は可愛い野生の小鳥の囀りが目覚ましでした。

− 朝食込のプランも有ればと思います。お隣の蔵は和食洋食パン食など選べれば楽しいでしょう。男性店員さんが無表情で料理の量が少なく華が無かった。お部屋の廊下側に磨りガラスだと足音と共に人影も映ると思うので改良された し。

− 當然古建築的隔音是不能期待的但也可以轉念成為特色經驗
