10.0Hotel je sasvim u redu, a osoblje je za svaku pohvalu. Zaposleni na recepciji su veoma ljubazni, kao i momak koji nam je pomogao sa koferima. Hotel je čist i uredan, a posebno bismo pohvalili ženu koja svakodnevno čisti sobu i menja posteljinu i peškire..
− Jedina zamerka odnosi se na sobu 306, koja je prilično mala i tamna, a krevet nam nije bio nesto udoban. Ipak, to ni najmanje neće uticati na našu ukupnu ocenu, koja je 10/10.

10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! What truly made the difference was the exceptional staff — always friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Every request was handled promptly and efficiently. When we asked for an extra hairdryer, it was delivered almost immediately. The staff also recommended fantastic places for our nights out and even went the extra mile by making reservations on our behalf. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality! We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return!
Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal – wir kommen gerne wieder.
10.0Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragende Lage in Sultanahmet, die sehr sauberen und modern ausgestatteten Zimmer sowie das umfangreiche und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Blaue Moschee, Hagia Sophia, der Topkapı-Palast, die Yerebatan-Zisterne und der Große Basar sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, außerdem liegt die nächste Tramstation nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Adnan Bey, Fırat Bey, Azat Bey und Ayşegül Hanım, die jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit waren und dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wirklich willkommen und fast schon wie bei einer Familie gefühlt haben. Auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war hervorragend und beim Frühstück gab es eine sehr große Auswahl mit türkischen und internationalen Speisen sowie frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen.
− Das WLAN war bei uns zeitweise etwas instabil, was für uns aufgrund unserer eigenen mobilen Daten allerdings kein großes Problem war. Beim Wäscheservice würden wir empfehlen, sich vorher noch einmal genau über die Preisberechnung zu informieren, da nach Kilogramm abgerechnet wird und größere Mengen dadurch relativ teuer werden können. Die Qualität der Reinigung und des Bügelns war allerdings sehr gut.

− You have no window to really open which is seriously disturbing. Also the staff was rude. The breakfast was ok. You’ll find better places if you stay on the Asian side which we recommend.

10.0What I liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing: very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, while the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax after a busy day. Overall, everything was great, from the excellent service to the cleanliness, breakfast, and location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
