2.0We were given the wrong room key, and ended up walking into someone else’s room that was OCCUPIED. We were not happy, being with three young boys we have no idea what we could of walked in on. Went to tell the staff and we they must of been all outside on break having a vaping session. Another employees kids were just running all over the place, grabbing snack, yelling hey mom while we were trying to get situated. . When letting the “manager” know about our wrong key she was more concerned about finding out who was in that current room instead of getting a room for us situated. When we said WE do not care who is in there, we need a room, her response was “well obviously” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I do not expect much but this is one of the worst hotel front desk I have ever seen. Would pick another one if you are visiting Stillwater!!
