6.0Staff were extremely kind and helpful, the pool area was clean but really not happy with how the rooms are maintained one of our curtains came off the hook and was hanging uneven, the cleaning staff serviced the rooms 2 times but still left it unfixed. The carpets weren’t hoovered when we returned to our room in the evening it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I had to specify everything at the reception and then they got it done for us. Also, the pool access timings are very limited which was not mentioned on the website when I was booking the hotel. The terms and conditions mentioned on the expedia website are quite different to the hotels terms and conditions. It was very confusing.
