2.0This booking went terrible and we didn't end up staying there. First, access to the property is extremely poor, and almost impossible for my car (Ford focus sedan). The access is off-road and *not paved*. It is also not being taken care of as there is high, uncut grass all over and you also have to pass a shallow creek that can be dangerous, especially at night. All in all, we couldn't easily go back and forth to the hotel (especially at night) and this was a significant constraint for us as we wanted to be able to easily visit nearby places such as restaurants, beach, etc. Second, the owners never really bothered to understand our concerns, and did not accept the cancellation request. Legally speaking, they didn't have to accept the request but, in my view, it would be the polite thing to do given that we were misled about access to the property. We ended up staying at "12 Months" that night and it was fantastic.

10.0Kalderimi is a real gem. The property is located in a quiet area with great views, but is also very close to the local amenities, shops and restaurants at the central square of the village. The hosts, Xenofon and Elisavet, as well as all other staff working in the property, have created a remarkably hospitable and warm space where we felt like home from the moment we arrived. The food was another highlight, with all sorts of local food and desserts cooked fresh at the property every day, frequently using ingredients from the small garden located at the premises. There is really no room for criticism, Kalderimi is one of these rare cases of a place offering all the expected services of a contemporary guest house, combined with the warmness of a friendly home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area - we hope we’ll be able to visit again when we are around.

10.0Top of the art renovation of a traditional Pelion house. Hosts are really friendly and eager to help with everything. Breakfast is so rich that can make you full for the whole day.Ideal location for those who want to stay on a mountain and go to the sea in 15 min .
