4.0Мне не удалось заселиться в отель, так как за час до моего прибытия/заселения мою бронь отменили. Была указана оплата наличными при заселении, но отель решил попытаться списать всю сумму оплаты с карты, что была привязана при бронировании. Транзакция не прошла, так как было недостаточно средств (более 350$ стоило бронирование). При этом важно отметить, что я была на связи с отелем , у них не было оснований сомневаться в моём приезде, когда я приземлилась в Ереване, сразу же написала им, что буду в течение получаса и мне сообщили, что заселили других гостей. Из-за халатности отеля я осталась на улице в 18 часов вечера в чужой для меня стране. Вы очень подвели меня, можете не публиковать этот отзыв, я лишь хочу, чтобы вы признали свою ответственность за случившееся и не поступали так с туристами.
− Мою бронь отменили и когда я прилетела в Ереван, заселили других гостей. Я осталась на улице, без брони и мне пришлось экстренно искать жильё.
