− 1. The AC, television, and electrical sockets were all out of order during our stay. 2. The washroom doors were in a dilapidated and unacceptable condition. 3. Our Genius Free Breakfast benefit (via Booking.com) was not honored by the property. 4. Despite expectations, there was no on-site restaurant available for guests.
Disappointed with the stay.

− TV was not working. Toilet flush was not working because of which room got shifted. No tissue paper, soap, dental kit provided in bathroom. Even a glass of water was chargeble.

5.0Well located in Mathura, Staff was very useful especially Pradip Singh.
− There were insects crawling close to the kettle. Difficult to get breakfast, couldn't get it one morning as there are no specific hours. Difficult to pay by international credit card (initially had only local credit card readers and had to pick up another machine).
