2.0Habe ohne Checkin von einem Herrn das Zimmer bekommen, der leider kaum deutsch gesprochen hat. Es gab im hauseigenen Restaurant kein Abendessen (was bei zwei Telefongespräche, jeweils am Vortag und am gleichen Tag, nicht mitgeteilt wurde). Frühstück gabe es am Abreisetag bis 10:45 Uhr auch nicht. Checkout war bis 10:45 Uhr auch nicht möglich. Weder war jemand telefonisch erreichbar, noch wurde auf Klopfen an der privaten Tür reagiert. Habe in meiner Verzweiflung den Schlüssel und das Geld im Zimmer hinterlassen. Habe meine Übernachtung in 2 Wochen storniert
