− Sicuramente non chiederei al cliente di pagare per la biancheria da letto e bagno tenuto conto che nella descrizione si evidenzia la presenza senza alcun tipo di pagamento da effettuare in loco. La comunicazione va fatta correttamente senza l'alibi che si tratta di un appartamento. Peccato per la sporcizia (capello in doccia, vetri doccia sporchi, pavimento sporco -> uva e molliche a terra in camera da letto, capelli in soggiorno,...) Peccato per l'assenza di manutenzione: luce del bagno inesistente, 1 maniglia della doccia assente, impossibile chiudere la finestra a vasistas del bagno perché bloccata, porta finestra della cucina che porta al terrazzino non si chiude bene.
Ottimo la struttura condividi le foto del soggiorno vabbè metto vai avanti fatto ieri sera sul letto
